We are now expanding our platform’s intelligence layer with AI-powered chatbots to support conversational supplier onboarding, compliance guidance, and data query experiences across the TYS ecosystem.
Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled AI Chatbot Developer to build smart, secure, and scalable conversational interfaces for our TYS platform. The ideal candidate is experienced in Rasa, deeply familiar with Python, and comfortable working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and CI/CD-secured environments.
This is an opportunity to work on AI-powered features that help procurement teams query supplier risk data, receive onboarding guidance, and get instant answers from distributed systems like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake — all through natural language.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain chatbots using the Rasa framework tailored to TYS workflows (e.g., supplier onboarding, compliance checklists, risk score lookup).
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using internal knowledge bases and regulatory content (e.g., HRDD, DORA, ABAC).
  • Integrate chatbot responses with structured data sources like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Power BI APIs to enable conversational querying.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to develop persona-driven chatbot flows for procurement, compliance, and risk users.
  • Embed chatbot features into modular product editions (Starter, Professional, Enterprise).
  • Write clean, scalable Python code and manage lifecycle via CI/CD pipelines.
  • Debug and enhance model performance through fine-tuning, testing, and usage analytics.
  • Apply ShiftLeft security practices and ensure chatbot solutions comply with enterprise-grade security requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest in LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and vector search.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience developing production-grade chatbots using Rasa.
  • Strong command of Python, including advanced concepts and async workflows.
  • Experience building RAG pipelines, knowledge base integration, and working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, testing strategies, and error handling in production pipelines.
  • Understanding of ShiftLeft or secure SDLC practices.
  • Experience interfacing with backend systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and external APIs (e.g., D&B, Moody’s).
  • Ability to understand business domains like supplier risk, onboarding, and compliance is a strong plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of procurement workflows or risk compliance frameworks (e.g., HRDD, DORA).
  • Familiarity with Power BI or data visualization tools.
